Shipping Arrangement

Upon confirmation of payment, products will be processed and delivered via SingPost. For Special Items Category, we have ready stock thus it will usually take about 5 working days. Otherwise, for all other Pre-Order items, do expect the products to be mailed approximately within 2 weeks.

Local Delivery

- We are charging a flat rate SGD$2.00 for all local orders regardless of order amounts.
- Customers with orders below SGD$100.00 will get delivery via Normal Postage. However, customers can top up another SGD$2.00 to upgrade to Registered Postage service for safe delivery.
- Customers with orders above SGD$100.00 will get delivery via Registered Postage service.

Self Collection has been temporarily ceased with effect from 09 November 2009.

Oversea Delivery

(All non-winter clothings weigh approximately 300 grams each. Winter clothings weigh approximately 600 grams each).

You may select either to use the SpeedPost Courier service or the Air Parcel service. Please indicate to us which choice of shipping do you prefer in the Comment Box during Check Out. We will then send you a separate billing request for the shipping cost. We will refund you accordingly if the actual shipping fee cost less than the estimated amount.

Take note that for oversea shipping, ordering in bulk will be more economical since the charges is based on the items weight. Do clarify with us if you have doubts.

Important Note

It is the responsibility of the customers to provide valid and complete mailing address.

The Dream Fashion shall not be held responsible for any item lost in the mail delivery.

Return Policy

If we deliver wrong products to customer, meaning products that are different in sizes, colors and styles from what is ordered or products with prominent quality problems, we shall allow for customers to return the products with the following conditions:

- The products have to be returned within 5 days for Singapore Customers OR 2 weeks for Overseas Customers.
- Products returned must be still in original packaging and not worn or washed before.
- Exchange can be made for the same product without extra charges.
- If exchange for products of a higher value, customers will be required to top up the difference.
- If exchange for products of lower value, customers will be refunded the difference.
- If products are not exchangeable for any reason(s), customers will be refunded in full.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be credited via Internet Bank transfer unless otherwise requested by customer to have other form of arrangement.

Refund shall be given:
1. to the above mentioned scenarios.
2. if the customers choose self-collection instead of shipping by mail, the shipping fee shall be refunded.

Shipping and Return Policy for Anime Figurines

For all purchase of Anime Figurines, please choose Internet/Bank Transfer as payment option.

The standard $2.00 delivery charge will be revised according to the size of the product. The revised delivery charges will be informed to customers via email along with the Bank account details for payment.

All anime figurine products purchased are not exchangeable nor refundable.
