The Dream Fashion (TDF) Business Model

The Dream Fashion (TDF) operates using pre-order method. Pre-order means TDF does not hold ready stock for items published on the website. Instead:
1. Customer will select and place order with TDF.
2. Customer will proceed to make payment either via PayPal or Internet/Bank Transfer.
3. Upon confirmation of payment, TDF will place orders with our panel of suppliers.
4. Suppliers will confirm and process the orders.
5. Items will be sent to TDF within one week time.
6. Upon receive of items, TDF will check for out of stock items and defect items. Out of stock and defect items will be refunded to the customers.
7. The rest of the items will be posted out to customer.

In total, the turn around time is estimated about 12-14 days from the payment date.

Please note that TDF will only know of the out of stock items upon receiving the parcel from the supplier. TDF always check the items availability at the point of making the purchase order with suppliers. If any particular model is running low of stock, TDF will NOT risk to acquire that model, instead TDF will exercise full refund to the customer. In other words, TDF will only acquire items that we have confident in getting.

However, unexpected situation could happen, despite our attempt, it is possible that we are still not able to secure the items. In that case, TDF will still exercise the full refund to the customer upon receiving the out of stock notice.

Stock on-hand: We only have items on hand for the category Special Items and Gift Coupon.
Pre-Order: All items in For Her, For Him & For Home categories.

Making Order

The followings are steps on how to make an order:
1. All orders are to be made online by adding the desired item(s) into the shopping cart.
2. After all desired items are added, use the Checkout button to initiate payment process.
3. Verify delivery address and select the payment mode.
4. Order confirmation email will be sent to customer with unique Order ID upon successful checkout.
NOTE: items added into the shopping cart will remain if customer exit without checking out. Items in the shopping cart can be removed using the remove function.

Orders will be processed upon successful payment made. Customers can expect to receive the items 2 weeks from payment made.

The sizes stated can be defined as such:
Tops / Dresses (inch)
S - Chest 30.7 - 32.3, Hip 33 - 34.6
M - Chest 32.3 - 33.8, Hip 34.6 - 36.2
L - Chest 33.8 - 35.4, Hip 36.2 - 37.8

Bottoms (inch)
S - Waist 25.2 - 26.7, Hip 33 - 34.6
M - Waist 26.7 - 27.6, Hip 34.6 - 36.2
L - Waist 27.6 - 28.4, Hip 36.2 - 37.8

Product with Free Size means it is approximately between size S and M.

Product Quality Declaration: Fashions

Products with model number starting with CO-, LY-, PD-, Z-, T-, KAWAII are categorised as Magazine Products. These types of products belong to mid-level products. The pictures of these products are taken from magazines. Therefore, the real object may not be 100% exactly the same as the pictures. However, we will take extra measure to ensure the quality is acceptable.

Products with model number starting with ECA- are Korea ECA products. These types of products belong to high-level products. The pictures of these products are taken from real objects. The quality of ECA series is generally recognised. Customers can be worry-free to purchase products from ECA series.

Products with model number starting with TT- are high class Japan-Korea TTDRESS. These types of products belong to high-class products. The pictures of these products are taken from real objects. The quality of TTDRESS series is strictly monitored and controlled. Buyers can be worry-free to purchase products from TTDRESS series.

Products with model number starting with GARDEN ST are Korea Young Ladies series. These types of products belong to high-class products. The pictures of these products are taken from real objects. The quality of GARDEN ST series is strictly monitored and controlled. Buyers can be worry-free to purchase products from GARDEN ST series.

Products with model number starting with HANEE are Korea series fashion. These types of products belong to high-class products. The pictures are taken from real objects. The quality of HANEE series is strictly monitored and controlled. Buyers can be worry-free to purchase products from HANEE series.

The quality of Sweet Girl Series is generally recognized, buyers can be worry-free to place orders for Sweet Girl Series.

Products with model number starting with VC are VIVICAM fashion series. These types of products belong to high-class products. The pictures are taken from real objects. The quality of VIVICAM series is strictly monitored and controlled. Buyers can be worry-free to purchase products from VIVICAM series.

Products with model number starting with SHA are Japan SHARARA series fashion. These types of products belong to high-class products. The pictures are taken from real objects. Making Payment

The Dream Fashion currently accept 2 payment methods: Internet/Bank Transfer and PayPal. Receipts will be issued electronically when using either method stated.

For Internet/Bank Transfer option, we will email you the account number to be transferred to for security reason. Please drop us an email or SMS after you made the transfer, indicating the order ID number, so that we can verify payment received.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you are using PayPal payment option, after you have completed the transaction, please remember to click "RETURN TO MERCHANT" in order to complete the order. Your order will only be registered when you see the page that display "Your Order Has Been Processed!".

Online Payment Security

The Dream Fashion utilises PayPal for online transactions. The Dream Fashion will only capture your personal particulars for shipping and contact purposes. Payment particulars, such as Credit Card numbers, will be handled securely by PayPal. PayPal is a trusted online payment system, you may find out more about PayPal by visiting www.paypal.com.

The Dream Fashion does not disclose or share our customers personal details to any other parties.

Complimentary Coupon and Gift Coupon

From time to time, The Dream Fashion will be issuing Complimentary Coupon which can be used by customers to have purchases discounted or even waived. Each Coupon issued will be accompanied with respective Conditions of Use. Customers are advised to read the Conditions of Use for each Coupon carefully before using it.

Customers may also purchase Gift Coupons to give to their friends and loved ones on special occassions. The Gift Coupon comes in $5, $10, $20 and $50 value. When customer purchase the Gift Coupon, please note that we will waive the $2 shipping charge, as it will not be necessary. The usage of Gift Coupon will be governed by the prevailing Conditions of Use stated in the Coupon once issued.

Price Revision

The Dream Fashion reserves the right to revise the product prices at any time without informing the customers in advance. However, customers who already made orders before the price revision, will continue to purchase with the previously stated prices.
